Intro Call with the Talent Acquisition Team
This is a relaxed 30-minute video chat where we’ll:
- Share more about the role, the team, and what life at Zappi is like
- Learn more about your experience and what you’re looking for
- Chat through logistics like notice periods, relocation or visa needs, and salary expectations
- Give you space to ask us anything you'd like to know about the role or life at Zappi!
It’s a two-way conversation and it's just as much about you getting to know us as the other way around.
- Stage 4
Hiring Manager Interview
This is a 30 minute video interview with your potential People Leader.
What to expect:
- Questions around your experience, how you approach work, and how you solve problems—we’ll mix in some behavioural and situational questions, and the STAR method can be a helpful way to answer
- A deeper dive into the role and what success looks like
- Time for your questions—we want you to feel confident and informed about the opportunity
If there are any adjustments we can make so that you can perform at your best, please don't hesitate to reach out.
- Stage 5
Panel Interview
This one’s with a few folks from other teams you’d be working with. It’s all about:
- Understanding how you collaborate and work cross-functionally
- Seeing how your values and working style align with our culture
- Giving you the chance to meet more people from around the business
This is a great time to ask questions, get different perspectives, and see what being part of the Zappi team really feels like.
- Stage 6
Assessment Task
Depending on the role, we may include a case study, presentation, or role-play exercise. This gives you a chance to demonstrate your skills in a practical way. We’ll provide full details during the introductory call.
- Stage 7
Final Interview
For some senior positions, we may include a final conversation with a member of our leadership team. This is a chance for you to hear more about our vision and direction, and for us to get to know you a little better too.
